Product Description
 This product owns a superior performance than the common insulation agent. The slag inclusion will be absorbed effectively, the temperature drop will be slowed, and it will prevent the secondary oxidation of the molten steel.
Usage:
1,Pouring the powder into the molten steel, it will self-spread smoothly and evenly.
2,Put into the ladle on time after nitrogen & argon flushing.
3,In order to make sure the high insulation effect, please make sure that each batch of molten steel has been added.
4,Quantity: In the common case, 0.5-1kg/ton.
5,Be caution of the moisture, store in the cool and dry places.
The shape or the chemical elements can be adjust according to the customer's request.
